PADI Open Water Diver Course Schedule

Course Fee: $3050 person (Free $200 diving equipment coupon )

Including: PADI Manuals, logbook ,certification, use of diving equipment, boat fees, professional instruction

Dive into the PADI Open-Water Diver course, the single most popular diving course in the world. Open Water Diver is the first level of PADI scuba certification, your path to exciting adventure in the underwater world. The course includes academics, skill practice in the confined water and actual scuba diving in the open ocean, all under the guidance of a professional PADI Instructor. Because it’s performance based, you get as much time as you need to practice your new skills.

The PADI Group Open Water Diver course is a performance based course consisting of:
Academic (classroom):
6-8 hrs of theory including safety, dive skills, dive equipment, health for diving, and dive planning. Students should bring the following material to each academic session: PADI Open water manual, RDP table, Dive log book and pen. Students should read the appropriate modules prior to each academic session. Knowledge Reviews should be completed before each academic session. Following each module, students will take a ten question quiz. A final exam consisting of 50 questions will be given and a passing score is 75% correct or higher.

Confined water :
6-8 hrs These sessions will entail equipment familiarization and use and development of diving skills.

Open water (Ocean Dives):
There are 4 open water dives. Open water dives will entail water skills development and familiarization with the marine environment. Students will require to transport themselves to the dive site. Students need to bring swimsuit, towel, change of clothing, non-alcoholic beverage, light snack, RDP table and logbook.

Course Included :
Professional Instruction, use of scuba gear, PADI Open Water manual, RDP table, student log book, crew pak, certification processing fee, all tanks and weight belt used during the course, confined water and (4) open water dives.
